Home Owners at Last
4:59 PMThursday we officially became home owners. For a celebration we went to house, sat outside with our NEW kitten, and Josh shot his bow. I mean look at her, isn't she cute? Who cares what we look like when you have the cutest kitten in the picture.
Now that the house is in our possession, we are excited to show you house. Here are a few pictures to help you get the gist of what the house looks like.
The front room of the house. Not pictured is the huge whole they cut in the floor and replaced with vinyl. Thankfully this flooring is coming out right now. That stuff really smells.
Here we have the family room, dining room, and kitchen. If you look closely you see a door in the back of the kitchen, that goes into our laundry room and out into the garage. I am excited to have an open concept in this area.
This is our master bath that has to be remodeled. I couldn't get a very good picture of it because it is SOOOO small. Josh has to turn sideways to get into the shower. It is going to be a task to make it work.
We are so excited that we finally are able to start working on the house. We really think it is going to be perfect for us when it is all done. It is a three bedroom two bath house on 1.25 acres. It is going to be a great place to grow into. Most importantly it has enough room for Josh to shoot his bow, at least that is what he thinks is most important.
We are so thankful for all of the friends and family that have already volunteered to come out to help. It is going to be one great adventure. Stay tuned to hear how the projects are going.
